TiVo Adds VOD Cars & Speed Channel To TiVoCast

Another day another TiVoCast channel… This time around TiVo has added VOD Cars (www.vodcars.com) and highlights from the Speed Channel (www.speedtv.com) to the growing list of TiVoCast content.

VOD Cars is the #1 Broadband Car Network. We take videos that YOU shoot, edit, & submit to us, and then package them in to great episodes

Neither of these new additions interest me however, I’m sure there are some people out there who are interested. Nice job TiVo! Keep the new content coming…

Another Day Another TiVoCast Addition (JETSET)

JETSET LogoTiVo has been working like crazy to add new content to their growing list of TiVoCast programs. Just today, Stephen Mack (director of TiVoCast operations) announced that TiVo has added JETSET as a new TiVoCast channel.

I went ahead and checked out the most recent episode of JETSET and for the time being I will probably stay subscribed….

Two New TiVoCast Channels (Indy Mogul & Threadbanger)

Indy MogulLately TiVo has been adding new channels to TiVoCast on almost a daily basis. Today, Stephen Mack (Director of TiVoCast Operations) announced that TiVo has added Indy Mogul (indymogul.com) and Threadbanger (threadbanger.com). I wonder if we’ll see any more channels in the near future? In a little less than a week TiVo has added a total of six channels!

Indy Mogul looks kind of interesting however, I don’t think I am going to subscribe to Threadbanger. Here’s a complete list of all the TiVoCast channels that I currently subscribe to:

TiVo Adds Three New TiVoCast Channels (Fast Lane Daily, Pulp Secret & Veracifier)

TiVoCastYesterday TiVo added Channel Frederator as a TiVoCast channel and today they’ve added three additional channels (Fast Lane Daily, Pulp Secret & Veracifier). All of these programs can be download to your TiVo by heading to: TiVo Central -> Find Programs -> Download TV & Movies.

Let me know what you think about each of these programs. I plan on checking out Veracifier. The other two channels don’t interest me mainly because I’m not into racing and I gave up comics when I turned 10 ;).

Channel Frederator Added To The TiVoCast Lineup

Channel FrederatorJust today Stephen Mack (Director of TiVoCast Operations) announced that TiVo has added Channel Frederator to the TiVoCast lineup. Channel Frederator can be accessed via the following menu on your TiVo: TiVo Central –> Find Programs –> Download TV & Movies –> Channel Frederator. According to Stephen, the program will also be listed on TiVo’s website starting tomorrow.

It’s great to see TiVo add a new show to TiVoCast especially since we haven’t seen any new programs in a while. I look forward to hearing what people have to say about Channel Frederator.  I’ll probably subscribe but I’m not sure that I will stick with it…

New TiVoCast Program (Vegas On Demand)

Another day another TiVoCast program… This time TiVo has added Vegas On Demand to their growing lineup.

For right now this is only available on your DVR, under TiVo Central -> Find Programs -> TiVoCast. (We’ll add it to TiVo Central Online’s TiVoCast section in the next few days.)

New TiVoCast Content (Cranky Geeks & Players Network)

Update (6/22 @ 8:26PM): Several people have informed me that TiVo has also added DL.TV to their TiVoCast lineup. DL.TV is a great video podcast. Subscribe to it if you’re into tech news/discussion.

Cranky Geeks LogoI’m not sure how long it has been available however, TiVo recently added Players Network and Cranky Geeks to their TiVoCast lineup. Cranky Geeks is currently not available on TiVo’s website (I’m sure that it will be added shortly) . If you’d like to subscribe to this program, you can do so by accessing the following menu item on your TiVo DVR: TiVo Central –> Find Programs –> TiVoCast.

I plan on subscribing to both of these shows. I’m not sure that I’ll stick with Players Network since I’m not a big gambler. Out of the 16 shows which are available via TiVoCast, I subscribe to the following programs: Amazon Previews, Break.com, CNET & New York Times.

What shows do you subscribe to?

Thanks for the tip Ken!

TiVo Adds TVJunkies To The TiVoCast Lineup

TV Junkies LogoTiVo has added TVJunkies.com to the TiVoCast Lineup. I don’t know a lot about TVJunkies however, it looks like it is a good addition to the growing list of programs which are available via TiVoCast.

TV JUNKIES delivers instant post-show analysis of TV’s biggest hits. Discuss what happened on tonight’s show and what it really means.

Currently, my most favorite TiVoCast show is C|NET. I also like Break.com even though it is a little crude….
