It all depends on how you have iTunes setup.  I have iTunes set so that it only keeps the most recent podcasts.  If you don't do it this way, you will have to manually delete any podcasts that you watch via your TiVo.</description>

		<description>This new update is awesome... I don't know why people aren't making a bigger deal about the video syncing.  Setup iTunes, add some video podcasts to have it download, point the video syncing to that directory and voila you now have video podcasts auto updating on your tivo.  The quality is great too.  Tivocast was a great idea, but there is a pathetic selection.

With this update, who needs an apple tv? Go Tivo!</description>
