		<description>I suspect it must've already been in progress when you called, since it takes longer than that for TMS to update their lineup, propagate it to TiVo, and then for your TiVo to call home and get the update.

But they are pretty good about it.  Last month I worked with them to fix some lineup problems too.  Charter added a few new HD channels, but never told anyone.  I was able to show proof to TiVo, so they pushed it up to TMS and now everyone (who uses TMS) benefits from the corrected lineup.  Yay. :-)</description>
