I've owned a S3 unit for just over a year now (I'm mostlt an early adopter so I realize I pay the premium to be one). It's a sweet unit, but really aimed at the high end home theatre market, which TiVo never targeted previously. I guess they're just acknowledging their consumer/mass market roots/ambitions I was wondering why they didn’t discontinue it when the more consumer friendly TiVo HD was introduced?
