Pictures Of The Day: Who Needs The iTunes Store When You Have TiVoToGo?
In my opinion, TiVoToGo is a great alternative to the iTunes store especially if you don’t mind waiting for a show to air on cable TV. Also, compared to iTunes, TiVoToGo is a lot cheaper. One movie on iTunes will cost you $9.99 - $14.99 whereas TiVoToGo is free once you’ve paid your monthly TiVo subscription ($6.95 - ~$12.95).
What do you think? Is TiVoToGo a viable alternative to the iTunes store when it comes to movies and TV shows?

My sentiments exactly. Why pay for it when I can have the choice of viewing it on my TV AND computer/laptop/ipod/iphone. I could only see having the iTunes route only if I didn’t have cable. Come to think of it, if I downloaded all the shows from iTunes and paid only for Internet access, I wonder how my bill would be comparable to having to pay $50 or so for cable each month for an entire year, plus tivo fee. Food for thought…

The iTunes store may be good for downloading music videos to your iPod. But I’d rather use TivoToGo for TV shows.
