This is what I've done with TiVoDesktop (Windows) and it has made TiVoToGo a much more enjoyable experience.

I got one and have been watching Tivo shows on my iPod Touch for a week now. So, so happy. Using Toast to Export, then syncing iPod. Very easy, if not a time-consuming two-step process.
