Of course, partially that problem is with iTunes _still_ not having any kind of watched directory feature. The only reason for this that makes sense is to trick particularly stupid people into believing that you can only add music to iTunes buy buying it or ripping from a CD.

I agree. iTunes needs to add this feature….
