This service seems nice when it works. When it doesn’t, the support offered may mean you’re out of luck. I ordered 4 serial TV episodes and for some reason the 3rd wouldn’t download to my TiVo. Amazon + TiVo service together over a period of a month were unable to resolve the problem and eventually stopped responding to my queries. This after weeks of continually revisiting potential problems on my side, despite the fact that other Unbox content would download fine. Ah, well!
