Make-this-work.com is running a contest whereby the winner will receive a free Series 2 TiVo. The contest states that the DVR needs to have its hard drive replaced. I kind of thought this was an interesting contest even though the Series 2 needs to be fixed. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there [...] Granted it’s not a lot of money however, TiVo posted a profit of 1 cent per share for this quarter (ending April 30). This is a heck of a lot better than last quarter when TiVo posted at loss of 13 cents per share.
