I feel sorry for the individual that grabbed that screenshot. Version 8.1 causes interrupted transfers from Tivo Unit to TivoDesktop (PC) it is a known problem for which Tivo is rebating service fees. Meantime they have no ETA for a fix. Doesn’t that stink? Reference: “Interrupted transfers after version update” on Tivo’s own tech forums. The list of complaints are long and getting louder. Tivo has begun to remove some of the postings that are more revealing.
