This software delivery is almost unbelievable.

I cannot imagine why Tivo wants to damage its customer base this way.  All previous deliveries include subtle but useful additions.  This last delivery is what you might expect from second stringers who have no interest in the company -- there should be no further respect for Tivo if they don't address this issue with immediate remedy.
