Thomas Hawk has done a nice job reporting on yesterday’s earnings conference call. According to the Tom, the overall tone of the call was anti-Echostar. During the call, CEO Tom Rogers talked more about the injunction that TiVo is seeking against Echostar and what it really means. In addition to Echostar news, TiVo also talked about the following:
- 4.4 Million subscribers
- Advertising dollars are growing
- Series 3 TiVo to be out later in the year
