In the "credit where credit's due" department, even though I happened to be the one who posted the info in that thread, there were a lot of folks at TiVo who wrote it (including folks in my team, marketing, IT, legal, accounting, etc.).  And the forum members and bloggers get credit for asking the questions we hadn't anticipated that were answered there.

As for "Naked Conversations" -- yup, I've read it; I'll post a review on my personal blog sometime.</description>
