TiVo’s CES website now has a link that allows you sign up for early access to TiVo Desktop 2.3 Beta. This version of TiVo Desktop promises to provide support for the iPod Video and PSP. According to the site, you must have a Windows PC in order to take part in this beta test (sorry Mac users).

Dave Zatz has alerted me to the fact that Galleon 2.0.1 has been released. To be honest, I’m a little confused on what’s in this release. The release notes indicate that this is mainly a bug fix release however, the site lists a number of new features. If I remember corectly, these features weren’t in the previous release.

Updated: 1/2/06 (7:51 PM) For whatever reason it appears as though I completely missed version 2.0 of Galleon! This is the reason why I hadn’t noticed the new features :).
