During the show, Dave was able to corner a couple of TiVo reps and get some inside info. His two posts contain information on the up coming TiVo software release (7.2.1), a hardware dongle, overlap protection and new info on a HD dual-tuner TiVo DVR. Hopefully the update to 7.3 will fix my wireless network that 7.2 broke. Oooooh that Tivo makes me so mad sometimes!

. 7.2 broke your network? What adapter do you have?
Lets hope it doeasn’t break the performance of my TiVo again, The first 7.x update for my Series2 unit brought it to it’s knees, after some minor improvements in different 7.x releases this problem is completely fixed in 7.2 (it’s as fast as it was with 3.2 or 4.x).
