PVRblog is featuring some new TiVo hacks that provide an alternate interface to your TiVo using a web interface with AJAX. Unfortunately, they depend on having a TiVo with HME capability (OS 7.1) which I don’t have, so I haven’t tried them.

I’ve used the enhanced Now Playing. It’s pretty neat, but not much more than a toy, since you can’t actually control your Tivo though it.
I tried to use the enhanced Now playing page however; I could not seem to get it to work. I edited the file and loaded it in IE…. Wonder what I am doing wrong?
This if for Firefox only (IE doesn’t recognize XHTML). Also make sure when you save the edited file the extension remains .xhtml.
