I mean tivo is AWESOME in my opinion and i work closely with several tivo customers service agents and I hear all the complaints the tivo customers have and some of them are as silly as the tivo wiping their butts!~ They use the cable company's dvrs against tivo to try and get discounts (which in my opinion again makes them look very cheap) and complain when the slightest inconvience comes along, like they were perfect at birth! I mean come on people were you the top of the line at 5 years old? Quite frankly I think that people seem to expect tivo to wipe their butts too!
