I switched because my old host collapsed. The first thing I did was call bluehost up. I got in right away and talked to a live human! I signed up right away and I've had no problems since. Their support has been really good so far, haven't had any issues with the service so far though. They also offer ssh access, which is a big plus for a lot of people. I'm quite happy so far. I’ve been with them since the start of January 05. So far, everything has been great. Tech support has been extremely helpful and uptime has been great. Whenever I call tech support, I get in right away. I really don’t have anything bad to say about them. They sure are better then my previous host mega-hosting. Good luck!
